Attendees have so much to see in a limited amount of time so it’s important that your content stands out. That’s why we carry flat screen monitors up to 80 inches and can add uplighting in your booth to really highlight your display. We also offer touch screen monitors that can be used for attendee engagement, presentations or product demos in order to generate leads.
We understand that the last thing you want to worry about during a convention or trade show is your monitors or lights being delivered on time, and working correctly. We deliver and set up your rental at the specific time that fits with your load-in schedule. If you need your flat screen monitor delivered at 8:17 a.m., you can rest assured that it will be there, will be set up and will work seamlessly throughout the entire show.
Our team works with every major venue in Austin on a regular basis, including popular convention spaces like the Austin Convention Center, JW Marriott and Austin Hilton Downtown. If the trade show or convention is being held in a hotel, you aren’t required to use the in-house A/V. We promise to beat any written in-house A/V quote by 25 percent or more.
